Job summary

SEI Corporation seeks a Lead Data Scientist, Generative AI & Intelligent Systems to shape SEI's AI strategy and drive enterprise AI initiatives. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions including copilots, RAG platforms, and multi-agent systems across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MS/MBA/PhD/CFA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, ML, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Proven ability to design AI applications using Azure AI, OpenAI, and related ecosystems.
• Advanced Python development and scalable API design.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive SEI's AI strategy across ML, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation.
• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI solutions including RAG, chatbots, copilots, and multi-agent systems.
• Architect AI systems integrating LLMs, knowledge repositories, APIs, and business workflows.
• Establish best practices for LLMOps, governance, prompt engineering, and AI safety.
