Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own reliability across our Azure-based cloud platform, applying AI tools for faster root cause analysis, intelligent alerting, automated runbooks, and predictive scaling.

You'll deep-dive production issues, build automation, and collaborate with engineering teams to ship and run resilient services at scale for regulated clients. You will also join the on-call rotation to maintain reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong Azure experience running production workloads.
• Comfortable writing automation, not just reading it.
• Reliability-first mindset: care about root causes, not just fixes.
• Experience using AI tooling in an ops or SRE context.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Exposure to SQL Server or Postgres in production.
• Windows/IIS experience within our environment.

We're looking for an SRE who doesn't just want to run reliable systems - but wants to use AI to make them more reliable. If you're already experimenting with AI for incident response, anomaly detection, or toil reduction, we want to talk. This isn't a "keep the lights on" SRE job. We're building the infrastructure that powers AI agents handling sensitive workflows for major financial and legal firms - and we want SREs who use AI as a force multiplier in their own work. There's real scope here to define what modern SRE looks like for us as Celeste scales.

What you will do

You'll own reliability across our Azure-based cloud platform - but how you get there is changing. We expect our SREs to actively use AI tools to work smarter: faster root cause analysis, intelligent alerting, automated runbooks, predictive scaling. We're investing in this space and want people who are curious and opinionated about where it's going. Beyond that: you'll deep-dive production issues, build automation that sticks, and partner closely with engineering teams to ship and run resilient services at scale - for regulated, compliance-heavy clients who can't afford surprises. You'll also join our on-call rotation.

What you will need

• Strong Azure experience running production workloads

• Experience using AI tooling in an ops or SRE context (even personal projects count)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines
