Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, seeks an AI & Automation Solutions Specialist to identify, build, deploy, and improve AI-enabled tools for Customer Care. You will partner with IT, Security, and process owners to deliver secure, reliable automations, document solutions, and train users.
The role emphasizes governance, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable business impact, with opportunities to lead tool rollouts and mentoring across teams in a dynamic
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success improving or automating business processes across functions.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt design; capable of rapid iteration.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Identify and deliver AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled tools and workflows using approved platforms.
- Document tool design, prompts, configurations, and governance details; provide training and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and process owners to ensure data privacy and policy compliance.
- Track adoption and impact, and manage tool requests through Jira.
