Victaulic seeks an AI Analyst in Easton, PA to lead AI governance and automation within Global Sourcing. You will enable category managers with governed AI tools, build automations, and collaborate with Enterprise AI on pilots to prove ROI.

The role focuses on reducing manual work, improving spend visibility, and aligning with enterprise governance standards while supporting cross-functional projects and training across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a technical, analyst, or process-improvement role, ideally AI/automation analytics.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and AI governance basics (GDPR, EU AI Act).

Responsibilities

• Provision and manage access to AI platforms for Sourcing with role-based permissions.
• Design, build, and maintain automations to reduce manual effort in sourcing processes.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and run proofs of concept with ROI focus.
• Track tool performance and report savings and ROI to COE Lead.
