Job summary

Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, seeks an AI & Automation Solutions Specialist to turn business needs into secure, reliable AI-enabled tools. You will partner with Customer Care, IT, and Security to deploy workflows, document solutions, and measure impact across the organization.

You will lead design, testing, and deployment of AI features using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Anthropic, and Power Automate, aligning with governance and data privacy

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success improving or automating business processes across teams.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt design; ability to build and iterate on automations and agents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to document processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver AI/automation opportunities that improve Customer Care efficiency and experience.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled tools and workflows using approved platforms (Copilot Studio, Anthropic, Power Automate, SharePoint).
• Integrate solutions with ERP/CRM/eCommerce platforms while complying with IT security and data governance standards.
• Write, test, and refine prompts and agent configurations for reliable results.
• Document tools and provide enablement and training materials for users.
