Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with direct people management.
• Experience leading an AI/ML or innovation-focused engineering function.
• Track record translating strategy into executable, resourced roadmaps.
• Experience owning delivery metrics and KPIs and reporting them to senior leadership.

Aufgaben

• Hire, coach, and grow the AI & Innovation function and manage performance and career development.
• Own the team roadmap and trade-offs with VP of Architecture.
• Oversee end-to-end operating cadence and gating processes for intake and pilots.
• Maintain DevOps, AppSec, and Cloud partnerships to meet CI/CD and security needs.
• Report PoC velocity, adoption, and engineering hours saved to leadership.
• Manage the AI agent workforce lifecycle and agent capabilities evolution.
• Foster cross‑org relationships and coordinate with Product, Legal, and other units.
• Drive major initiatives like AI Everywhere, Agentic AI, and Snowflake integration.
