The Cigna Group invites applications for the Technology Development Program (TECDP) Data & Analytics Engineering Track. This two-year full-time associate program builds deep data engineering and analytics skills through hands-on projects, cross‑functional collaboration, and structured learning.

Hybrid onsite work is available at designated U.S. offices, with a strong emphasis on leadership development and real-world impact in healthcare analytics.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field at the time of hire.
• Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala and SQL for data querying.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Data & Analytics Engineering track by designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with peers, mentors, and cross-functional partners to support innovation and onboarding.
• Participate in core and track-specific curricula, including technical training and leadership development.
• Develop relationships through networking and mentorship within the program.
