Qualifications

• Startup pace with ownership of outcomes and thin processes.
• Advanced Excel and ability to turn large datasets into credible outputs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Commercial Brain by scoping analyses and validating assumptions.
• Provide second review of analyses and backfill hypotheses with evidence.
• Build the empirical loop: measure outcomes vs. expected results and document reasoning.
• Reconcile sales data with platform ground truth and ensure data trust.
• Develop AI-enabled automations to reduce manual analysis work.
• Prepare business cases for commercial decisions (pricing, deals, bundles).
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
