Job summary

AutoRentals.com Corporation is seeking an AI & Data Analytics Lead to drive the company’s use of AI, data, analytics, automation, and BI. This hands-on role targets practical AI adoption across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Product, Technology, and other business areas to improve analysis, decisions, and reporting.

The ideal candidate combines deep data and BI expertise with strong AI tooling know-how, and relentlessly asks how to replace manual work with AI-enabled processes and scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Analytics, BI, Data Science, AI, Automation or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools and practical AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead practical adoption and implementation of AI across business functions.
• Identify opportunities where AI can eliminate manual work, improve decision-making, and increase productivity.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and integrate AI into existing processes and reporting.
• Partner with Technology and Engineering to improve data pipelines and data environment.
• Build AI-enabled Excel solutions and connect Excel to Snowflake, APIs, and BI platforms.
