Job summary

Autorentals seeks an AI & Data Analytics Lead to drive the company’s use of AI, data, analytics, automation, and BI. This hands-on role integrates AI into Excel, BI platforms, and core processes.

You will collaborate across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Product, Technology to build scalable AI solutions, automate workflows, and empower teams with AI-powered insights that improve decision making. Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Analytics, BI, AI, Automation, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and generative AI in business context.
• Strong Snowflake and SQL expertise.
• Proficiency in Tableau or equivalent BI platform.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, Power Pivot, data modeling.
• Experience integrating AI with Excel, APIs, databases, BI tools, and business applications.
• Ability to build practical AI solutions, not just experiments.
• Strong understanding of data structures, analytics, and BI.

• Lead practical adoption and implementation of AI across business functions.
• Identify opportunities where AI can automate work, improve decisions, and increase productivity.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine business applications.
• Build AI-powered workflows and integrate AI into processes and reporting.
• Develop AI solutions enabling natural language interaction with company data.
• Automate recurring analysis, reporting, forecasting, and data preparation.
• Create scalable AI solutions across departments and establish responsible AI practices.
• Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and opportunities.
