Job summary

Truist’s Corporate Real Estate and Workplace (CREW) team seeks a Business Data Analyst II to turn operational and financial data into actionable datasets and dashboards. This onsite role in Charlotte, NC focuses on data prep, visualization, and automation, with proofs of concept for Agentic AI and Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, building reusable datasets, and developing Power BI reporting to monitor performance and guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of related experience.
• Experience using SQL to query, transform and validate data from enterprise platforms.
• Focus on process automation to improve efficiency.
• Experience developing BI reporting and data visualizations in Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CREW stakeholders to translate questions into data requirements for reporting and automation.
• Build, test, and maintain reusable datasets and analytical models using SQL and/or Python.
• Create and support Power BI datasets, dashboards, and visualizations for leaders to monitor performance and trends.
• Assess data quality, investigate anomalies, document business rules and lineage, and coordinate remediation with data owners.
