Job summary

MedRisk is seeking a Project Manager in Conshohocken, PA to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of medium to large software, system, and process initiatives using hybrid and Agile methods.

You will set milestones, align cross-functional teams, manage RAID logs, and use AI-enabled tools while ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong communication and time management in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of project management delivering software, system, or process initiatives.
• Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project) and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Working knowledge of AI productivity tools with good judgment on data handling and limitations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication tailored for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of medium to large initiatives across the organization.
• Set milestones and resource plans; choose Agile or hybrid delivery.
• Track progress in Jira or other tools; provide dashboards and status reports.
• Maintain RAID logs and escalate risks and conflicts promptly.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements are integrated into plans.
