Job summary

MedRisk is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of medium to large software, system, and process initiatives across the organization. You will set milestones, align operations and technology teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with privacy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience delivering software, systems, or processes in a cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet or MS Project) and Microsoft 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver medium to large software, system, and process initiatives.
• Maintain RAID logs and escalate risks to avoid delays.
• Track progress with dashboards and status reports for stakeholders.
• Apply hybrid or Agile delivery as appropriate and incorporate AI tools with governance.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements are built into plans.
