Job summary

Independent Risk Consulting is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to partner with the Risk India Leader, delivering a balanced portfolio across Risk Engagement Strategy and AI Strategy for Risk. You will manage end-to-end delivery, stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with analytics, technology, and governance teams, driving adoption of AI initiatives and process automation while ensuring milestones and value realization.

Qualifications

3–5 years of progressive project management experience in financial services, risk, or a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver Risk Engagement Strategy programs including Learning & Development initiatives, offsites, leadership visits, communications, and rhythm-of-business routines.
Deliver AI Strategy for Risk initiatives by coordinating AI/GenAI and automation use-case intake and prioritization.
Build and manage integrated project plans with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
Run project governance with meetings, action tracking, and decision logs; escalate blockers.
Create executive-ready updates and dashboards to show progress, adoption, and value realization.
