Greenway Health seeks an Agile Project Manager (AI Native) to drive delivery for product and development teams. You will anticipate problems, remove blockers, and hold teams to commitments using Agile and PM best practices.

You’ll oversee scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies while ensuring accurate reflection in Wrike, Agility, Smartsheet, and Domo. The role emphasizes accountability for validating AI-assisted outputs, protecting sensitive information, and aligning delivery with

Qualifications

Experience leading delivery for product teams using Agile and traditional PM practices.
Ability to manage scope, schedule, budgets, and risks across multiple releases.
Comfort with AI-enabled tools and protecting sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Plan and drive delivery of project, release, and roadmap outcomes using Agile and PM methods.
Own delivery outcomes; anticipate obstacles and take corrective action.
Manage scope, schedule, resources, and dependencies; maintain RAID log weekly.
Keep planning data in Wrike, Smartsheet, and Domo accurate and actionable.
Support Agile ceremonies and team communications while avoiding duplication of PMO duties.
Vendor contracts and relationships management for the product area.
Ensure regulatory compliance documentation and audit readiness.
