Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for strategic technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will own delivery planning, governance, and cross‑functional coordination across product, engineering, and business teams to ensure AI‑enabled platforms are delivered efficiently.

The role requires strong Scrum practice, Jira/Confluence expertise, and 5+ years in delivery leadership. EY offers a hybrid work model, competitive compensation, and Total Rewards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies per PMO standards.
Administer Jira boards, dashboards, and reporting.
Track sprint progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to hit milestones.
Support roadmap execution and release planning.
Drive delivery predictability and remove impediments.
Coach teams on Agile and continuous improvement.
