Moneta Group Investment Advisors LLC seeks an experienced AI Advisor to translate real-world advisor experience into scalable AI-enabled workflows that boost advisor productivity and enhance client experience. The role bridges Advisory Teams, Enterprise Services, Technology, Data, and AI, documenting workflows and prioritizing improvements.

You will design AI-supported processes for client communications, onboarding, and CRM updates, and develop reusable automation tools.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a financial advisor or related advisory role.
Deep understanding of workflows for high-net-worth clients.
Experience with CRM, financial planning, portfolio management and advisor tech.

Responsibilities

Document current advisor processes with teams and identify manual, repetitive steps.
Map end-to-end advisor workflows and identify efficiency opportunities.
Design AI-supported workflows for client communications, planning prep, onboarding, and CRM updates.
Develop reusable prompts, templates, and automation tools for advisory use.
Translate advisor needs into clear tech requirements and collaborate with Tech/Data teams.
Provide hands-on training on practical AI use cases for advisors.
Track outcomes like hours saved and client service improvements.
