Orion is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to deliver proactive, AI-assisted service to advisors within an assigned territory. You will drive efficient relationship support, guidance on platforms, and education to improve advisor satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, proactive outreach, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced financial environment. Hybrid work with on-site days is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/finance related field.
• Minimum two years in client service or financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Team-based, shared service model experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Comfort using AI-enabled tools and digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support advisors within an assigned territory as part of a team-based servicing model.
• Respond to advisor inquiries across channels with timely and accurate resolution.
• Build familiarity and relationships with advisors to ensure continuity of service.
• Collaborate with team members to balance workload and maintain coverage.
• Guide advisors on systems, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Promote adoption of Orion platforms through education and guidance.
• Use AI-generated insights to identify proactive outreach opportunities.
• Ensure compliance and protect sensitive information in all activities.
• Deliver training to drive adoption and reduce service friction.
• Manage advisor requests from intake to completion and ensure timely resolution.
