Job summary

Orion Advisor is seeking a Client Support Representative to serve clients via phone, chat, and case channels, guiding them through core workflows and ensuring accurate intake and follow‑through.

You will build foundational knowledge across Orion products such as Orion, Redtail, and OCIO, while maintaining documentation and progressing through certifications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with clients.
• Experience in customer service or technology support is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline contact for inquiries across phone, chat, and case channels with professionalism.
• Provide training and guidance to help clients navigate workflows and platform topics.
• Troubleshoot entry-level workflows, platform navigation, and data-related questions.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce documentation and adhere to schedules.
• Strive for first-contact resolution and minimize transfers.
• Document interactions clearly for quality and audit purposes.
• Stay updated on platform changes and required certifications.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to support client outcomes.
