• BA or BS degree required.
• 7–10+ years in financial services with advisor engagement.
• Hands‑on experience designing and optimizing AI solutions.
• Knowledge of RIA business needs across management, technology, and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with LLMs, prompts, agentic AI and generative AI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate tech concepts.
