Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and eight to ten years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and month-end close processes.
• Experience leading accounting teams and partnering with cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, collections, month-end close, and financial reporting with GAAP compliance.
• Lead the accounting team, coach staff, and ensure accurate, timely financial activities.
• Partner with leadership to improve processes, controls, and automation opportunities.
• Support audits, external requests, and internal reporting enhancements.
• Develop, monitor, and strengthen accounting policies and internal controls.
