Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a senior documentation lead to own the Claude Docs site as a unified surface across Claude.ai, Cowork, and related products. You will architect information, establish standards, and build automated pipelines that ensure high-quality, scalable documentation. You will collaborate with engineers building our docs tooling today.

You will guide editorial workflows, curate content, and measure quality with analytics to drive continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years at the intersection of documentation and software engineering.
• Experience guiding a documentation platform migration or redesign.
• Excellent technical writing and editing with high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own information architecture, style, and editorial standards of Claude Docs as a unified surface.
• Design, build, and run automated documentation systems with AI-assisted review.
• Set conventions and tooling for product teams to keep docs accurate and consistent.
• Maintain the style guide and workflows for creation, review, and publishing.
• Curate contributions across the company, editing for clarity and consistency.
• Define and track content quality metrics and use analytics to drive improvement.
