Job summary

Blue Chip Talent is seeking an AI Development Tools Specialist to configure, integrate, and support AI-powered development tools within our enterprise environment.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Docker, Azure DevOps, Linux, and developer tooling. You will enable secure, reliable AI-assisted coding workflows and collaborate with multiple engineering teams to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Linux systems and scripting for automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex tool integrations and configurations.
• Ability to work independently to configure, test, and document environments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Copilot, or Codex.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support AI-powered development tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Codex).
• Implement and maintain tool configurations, permissions, and environment settings.
• Integrate tools with Docker, Azure DevOps repos, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure MCP servers, integrations, and AI workflows.
• Work with Linux, scripting, Git, JSON, and YAML configurations.
• Test configurations, troubleshoot issues, and improve workflows.
• Document configurations and best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to drive adoption of AI-assisted coding tech.
