Job summary

Visa is seeking a highly skilled AI developer with deep expertise in Agentic and Generative AI to drive intelligent automation on the ServiceNow platform. You will architect and build AI-powered solutions, implement MCP tooling, and ensure seamless user experiences through automation.

You will integrate ServiceNow with enterprise apps, work with third-party LLMs such as OpenAI and Google Gemini, and collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with Advanced degree or 0 with PhD, or 8+ years total.
Experience building GenAI integrations and AI-powered solutions.
Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, and relational databases.
Experience with UI policies, client scripts, and ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM.

Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and optimizing AI-powered solutions within ServiceNow.
Integrating third-party LLMs like OpenAI and Google Gemini.
Collaborating with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
Troubleshooting ServiceNow configurations and AI components.
Authoring technical design and build documentation.
Participating in project meetings and daily scrums.
