Job summary

Jobtailor in Denver seeks a senior AI/ServiceNow specialist to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered solutions within ServiceNow and external custom solutions. You will create MCP tooling and Agentic solutions, integrate third-party LLMs such as OpenAI and Gemini, and identify AI opportunities to deliver AI-driven business outcomes.

You will troubleshoot configurations, architect scalable solutions, document designs, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor teammates while guiding projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher, or 8+ years relevant experience.
Hands-on AI-powered solutions experience.
Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget through high-quality code, mentoring, workload analysis, and technical documentation.
Experience designing robust, scalable architectural solutions across technical ecosystems.
Knowledge of APIs, web services, and relational databases.
Experience with JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, CSS, REST, SOAP, and HTML.
Strong Python skills and experience building RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Experience building GenAI solutions, agents, or conversational applications.
Ability to differentiate reasoning approaches such as ReAct and Chain-of-Thought.
Ability to design and architect Agentic Systems using symbolic, BDI, and LLM-based architectures.
Ability to develop agents that perceive, reason, plan, act, and learn using Python and AI libraries/frameworks.
Ability to analyze agent behavior, multi-agent systems, and human-agent interaction risks.
Knowledge of responsible AI, ethical challenges, and safety considerations.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG.
Familiarity with MCP servers or comparable model-serving platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Expertise integrating AI-driven functionality with ServiceNow.
ServiceNow development knowledge including UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Mid Server Configuration & Architecture, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Update Sets.
Knowledge of CMDB, data modeling, data strategies, and integrations.
Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, including Change Management, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CAD are highly desirable
