Retell AI is seeking a Deployments Consultant to work directly with customers, turning AI use cases into production-ready voice agents. You will lead engagements from discovery to launch, collaborating with customer operators and cross-functional teams to deliver tangible value.

This role requires hands-on problem solving, deep customer empathy, and a passion for AI, LLMs, and voice technology. Willingness to travel for on-site customer engagements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer deployments from initial discovery through production launch.
• Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and business goals.
• Translate customer requirements into practical AI workflows and implementation plans.
• Build and configure voice AI agents, conversation flows, and automation workflows.
• Help customers integrate Retell with their existing systems, APIs, and business processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across integrations, APIs, webhooks, telephony, authentication, and production deployments.
• Run customer working sessions, demos, technical discussions, and implementation reviews.
• Work closely with Sales during discovery, solution design, and customer evaluations.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to resolve customer issues and communicate product gaps.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and keep deployments moving toward launch.
• Help customers test, iterate, and optimize their agents before and after production.
• Identify opportunities to expand Retell into additional use cases and teams.
• Capture learnings from deployments and turn them into repeatable playbooks and best practices.
• Become a subject matter expert in Retell’s platform, voice AI, and best practices for deploying AI agents.
