Closr is seeking Deployment Strategists to own deployments from the initial workflow review to the measured business results. You will learn the client's operations, configure the platform, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes.

On-site client engagement is required, with domestic travel around 10% and up to 20%. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to turn legacy workflows into scalable software and contribute to playbooks that accelerate future deployments.

Qualificações

• 3-6 years of professional experience in the US
• Experience in McKinsey, Bain, or BCG or finance-investment roles considered
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university (MIT/Stanford/Wharton/Oxford/Cambridge/LSE)
• Daily use of AI tools and coding agents, with describable workflows
• Personal ownership of customer outcomes or deployments, and a track record of building playbooks or processes
