Scion Technology, a Bay Area‑based AI‑driven software company, seeks an AI Forward Deployed Strategist to own end‑to‑end customer deployments. You will be one of the first hires, collaborating with customers, engineering, and product to deploy production AI systems.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1-5 years of deployment/implementation experience in customer-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Strong project-management skills with ability to manage several deployments.
• Fluency with AI tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete deployment lifecycle across multiple customers (discovery to go-live).
• Map customer workflows to the AI agent platform and define data models and rules.
• Lead kickoffs, training, and UAT with stakeholders from operators to executives.
• Act as internal project manager, maintain momentum and surface risks.
