Job summary

Sable AI Inc. is hiring an Engagement Lead to drive the deployment of Aidan, the first AI employee that leads customer calls in real time within a live product environment. You will own customer engagements from initial conversations through renewal, managing executive relationships and shaping what gets built next.

You will join a team that supports deployment and delivery, with a path from pilot to expansion across new companies, based in San Francisco or New York as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Presented to C-level executives and held the room.
• Scoped projects with written deliverables and success metrics.
• Built and managed executive relationships across client organizations.
• Worked in or around software/AI with credibility with engineers and operations.
• Hungry for responsibility and growth, with experience in high-bar environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead first conversations with potential customers and determine fit for Aidan.
• Scope new deployments, set success metrics, and own continued delivery of results.
• Maintain executive relationships and build the business case during deployment.
• Expand engagements by identifying next use cases and time/value tradeoffs.
• Say no to non-value-add use cases or requirements that fail to move KPIs.
• Represent Sable and leverage networks for warm introductions and case studies.
