Job summary

Sable is seeking an Engagement Lead to drive the deployment of Aidan into customer workflows. You own the relationship from the first conversation through renewal and expansion, shaping the pilot and evolving the product with each deployment.

You will manage executive-level engagements, build the business case, and guide cross-functional teams, including Deployment Strategists and FDEs, to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years at high-bar firms, AI company, or startup.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and leading rooms.
• Scoped projects with written deliverables and success metrics.
• Worked in or around software or AI; able to discuss Aidan with engineers.
• Strong relationship skills with past clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead first conversations with companies and decide which to take on.
• Scope new deployments: use case, metrics, impact; own ongoing delivery.
• During deployment, own exec relationships and business case; Delivery runs by Deployment Strategist.
• Expand engagement: identify next use case and run value tradeoffs with customers.
• Say no to non-value use cases and requirements.
• Be an ambassador for Sable: build relationships and map target companies; leverage networks; turn wins into case studies.
