Qualifications

• Two or more years building software with production impact.
• Generalist: comfortable in backend, frontend, infra, or ML code.
• Strong coordination and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own large changes to the agent runtime end to end: design, implementation, evaluation, rollout
• Run multi-person projects: plan, split work, review pieces, keep coherence
• Raise the bar on testing, quality, and verification before shipping
