Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Forward Deployed / Implementation Engineering, QA/testing, or solutions engineering.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first approach.
• Comfort working directly with customers in technical contexts.

Responsibilities

• Roll out Karumi for new customers: setup, configuration, validation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Perform QA and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and a great end-user experience.
• Capture product feedback from hands-on deployments and customer interactions.
