Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in implementation engineering or related roles.
• Proficient in scripting or coding with a curious mindset for agentic AI systems.
• Strong communication skills to translate challenges into product improvements.

• Lead technical implementations of AI agents across customer workflows.
• Perform deep-dive QA and debugging in live production environments.
