Job summary

Dex is advancing AI-driven claims processing and building disruptive AI capabilities for major insurers. The role owns end-to-end AI deployments, from scoping to go-live, and drives multi-modal agentic AI systems with prompt engineering and API integrations.

You will collaborate with client technical teams, translating complex AI concepts into concrete business outcomes and pushing for product-driven feature development while maintaining a founder's mindset of urgency and ownership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing technical role.
• Strong technical foundation in Python, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern AI/ML tooling.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI concepts.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for executive audiences.
• Founder mindset with ownership and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of AI deployments for major insurance carriers, from initial technical scoping to successful go-live.
• Design, build, and evolve multi-modal agentic AI systems, leveraging prompt engineering, model integration, and AI-assisted coding tools.
• Work directly with client technical teams to integrate APIs and deploy solutions into their complex environments.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for senior client stakeholders, translating AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
• Identify and develop new features as customer needs evolve, feeding insights back into the product roadmap.
