NIQ invites an AI Deployment Architect to join a founding motion inside a global leader. You will embed with client teams, ensuring you understand the client's business better than they expect, and translate that into actionable requirements with engineers and data scientists.

You will own adoption on the ground, manage expectations, and surface the next opportunity while the current one remains live. The role offers a market-competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits including health

Qualifications

• 4+ years in roles close to how commercial organizations run.
• Domain grounding in CPG, retail, or consumer data.
• A track record of getting busy operators to change how they work.
• A structured communicator who turns messy conversations into crisp requirements and decisions.
• Comfortable in ambiguity, on client site, and in the room where decisions get made.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to find the highest-leverage problems, where better data changes outcomes.
• Map how work actually gets done, including who decides and what blocks progress.
• Translate business reality into requirements engineers can build against and keep scope honest.
• Own adoption and change management on the ground, onboard users, remove friction, turn skeptics into references.
• Act as the client bridge: run working sessions, manage expectations, surface next opportunities while the current one is live.
