NIQ is seeking an AI Deployment Architect in the United States, embedded with a client’s team to understand business needs and translate them into executable data-driven solutions. You’ll partner with engineers and data scientists to drive measurable outcomes, owning adoption and change management on the ground.

You are a domain insider, not a typical software engineer, comfortable navigating ambiguity and decision-making rooms in large organizations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in roles close to how commercial organizations run.
• Domain grounding in CPG, retail, or consumer data.
• Proven track record of driving organizational change.
• Clear, structured communication translating talk into action.
• Ability to operate on client site with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to identify high-leverage problems.
• Map how work is actually done and identify bottlenecks.
• Translate business reality into actionable requirements.
• Own adoption and change management on the ground.
• Run sessions, manage expectations, surface next opportunities.
