Job summary

TrueSeek is seeking a deployment-focused leader to own end-to-end rollouts for healthcare customers, from kickoff to go-live and post-live adoption. You will translate provider workflows into live AI-enabled agents that save clinicians time and improve patient care.

You will build and deliver training to clinical and admin staff, ensuring real adoption of the agents. You’ll stay engaged with customers to drive expansion and refine deployment playbooks as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Experience running large-scale implementations in complex environments.
• Ability to map workflows and drive adoption across teams.
• Comfort representing the company to customers from day one.

Responsibilities

• Deployments: own rollout end-to-end for new customers, scoping workflows and ensuring live adoption.
• Adoption and training: design and deliver training to ensure clinicians and staff trust and use the agents.
• Relationships and next deployment: maintain post-go-live contact, identify improvements, and systematize playbooks.
