Job summary

HireNow Staffing is seeking a Healthcare AI Deployment & Customer Expansion Lead to own the post-sale customer journey in the U.S., from contract to deployment, adoption and expansion. You will build onboarding playbooks, independently configure deployments, and manage relationships across customer success, support, and product teams.

You will report to executive leadership and scale the U.S. operations function, establishing repeatable processes and a small team as the customer base grows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, customer success, solutions delivery, or related post-sale function.
• Experience owning customer implementations from handoff to production launch.
• Experience managing customer relationships after the sale.
• Ability to learn technical products and independently configure deployments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple deployments, priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete post-sale lifecycle for U.S. healthcare customers from signed contract through deployment and growth.
• Configure environments and manage activities to launch AI voice solutions into production.
• Drive time-to-go-live while ensuring high-quality deployments.
• Be the primary post-sale relationship owner across success, support, implementation and account management.
• Develop deep product knowledge to configure deployments and troubleshoot challenges.
• Work with AI integrations, workflows, no-code tooling, and related tech.
• Build relationships with healthcare customers and translate needs into configurations.
• Drive retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell with net revenue retention as a metric.
• Own expansion and upsell targets for accounts.
• Identify risks early and coordinate solutions to protect retention and value.
• Create repeatable U.S. onboarding and deployment framework with standards and best practices.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering and leadership to improve outcomes.
