Job summary

Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a seasoned Client Technology Delivery Lead to oversee complex AI-enabled program deployments across US and global clients. You will translate strategy into scalable implementation frameworks, guiding program managers and acting as a senior liaison between business needs and technical outcomes.

In this role you will partner with the Head of Client Tech to evolve the delivery model, drive standardization, and ensure quality and value realization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology consulting or senior client-facing leadership experience.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled and data-intensive products in regulated enterprise environments.
• Proven track record leading complex delivery programs including AI, analytics, data platforms, and integrations.
• Ability to coach senior technical talent and manage multi-country teams.
• Strong executive communication and consultative, outcome-driven approach.
• Cloud fluency (AWS/Azure/GCP) and familiarity with compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of TrinityEDGE deployments and AI-enabled solutions for priority US/global clients.
• Translate client strategies into technical roadmaps, architectures, and phased plans.
• Partner with Head of Client Tech to institutionalize best practices in deployment and post-launch ops.
• Support sales in RFP responses and articulate value-driven delivery strategy.
• Mentor Technology Program Managers to strengthen solution design and governance.
• Bridge business needs and technical outcomes with client executives.
• Inform product/architecture strategy with field insights on AI patterns.
• Promote standardization with reusable components, DevOps automation, and compliant data architectures.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence across regions.
