Job summary

Patra Corporation is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the AI Development Lifecycle and HITL delivery, partnering with Product and Engineering to drive governance, auditability, and scalable human oversight of agent-augmented work.

The role requires 8+ years in software project management, fluency with LLM tools, and hands-on Jira/Confluence administration. You will coach teams, manage governance artifacts, and align cross-functional delivery with risk and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience within a software development organization.
• Experience setting up agentic development processes with Claude Code or Codex in production.
• Proven experience delivering LLM/agentic systems to production.
• Strong coaching and leadership through process transitions.
• Fluency with LLM tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or equivalent) and ability to teach others.
• Hands-on Jira administration: workflows, dashboards, and automation.
• Confluence administration: space architecture, templates, permissions, and content governance.
• Working knowledge of DORA metrics and the SPACE framework and experience operationalizing outcomes-based KPIs.
• Comfort with HITL models and environments where AI agents contribute under human oversight.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI Development Lifecycle and HITL adoption; governance, policy, and tooling for scalable human oversight.
• Lead delivery leadership to create, implement and improve delivery models across Product and Engineering.
• Coach HITL leads and stakeholders; translate delivery metrics into actionable guidance to scale auditable hybrid delivery.
• Provide governance artifacts, alignment with cross-functional teams, and KPI-driven narrative.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee end-to-end delivery across teams with data-driven reporting.
