FedEx Corporation seeks a Product Manager Advisor - Data & AI Execution & Enablement to lead the overarching AI delivery program and directly manage complex MVPs built by Data Scientists and AI Engineers. You’ll coordinate with commercial units, manage demand intake, and drive enterprise‑wide adoption through structured governance and executive storytelling.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Five to Seven years’ experience in product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of direct Data Science/ML/Generative AI lifecycle execution experience.
• Experience leading complex software projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Direct hands‑on delivery for high‑complexity AI use cases, from kickoff to MVP handoff.
• Lead weekly alignment meetings, unblock teams, and report progress to leadership.
• Identify reusable assets and publish standardized patterns for enterprise use.
• Govern delivery across multi‑wave AI projects, manage VoC and playbooks.
• Craft executive narratives and demo videos to showcase AI value.
