Job summary

Allata, LLC is seeking a Director to lead the delivery of AI & technology service projects across a global client base. You will ensure on-time, high-quality delivery while managing budgets, performance, and client satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, scaling delivery models, and shaping new strategic offerings. Strong leadership, communication, and remote collaboration skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client delivery teams, building strong client relationships, and growing new opportunities.
• Ability to manage quality and margin within client accounts.
• Ability to break down complex business problems and guide teams to solutions.
• Proficiency with agile delivery models.
• Deep familiarity with cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strategic mastery of modern software development patterns and tools (containers, serverless, integration frameworks).
• Strong experience with ML/AI including Generative AI and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code in Microsoft ecosystem (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform/Bicep).
• Knowledge of the product management lifecycle from ideation to operation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and estimate projects; define methods and lead execution across the portfolio.
• Manage client relationships and set expectations; act as escalation point for delivery issues.
• Oversee project financials: budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis.
• Develop and manage Service Line teams (onboarding, feedback, growth, performance).
• Partner with Sales Executives/Client Partners to align offerings and support sales.
