Job summary

Allata seeks a Director to lead the delivery of critical AI and technology programs, acting as a strategic partner to Sales and Client Partners. You will ensure on-time delivery with strong financial control and exceptional client experiences while shaping solution architecture and scalable delivery models.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading client delivery teams with strong client relationships.
• Proven ability to present complex technical solutions to C-level stakeholders.
• Track record of identifying and closing account expansion opportunities.
• Ability to manage quality and margin within client accounts while ensuring delivery excellence.
• Strong business acumen with ROI development and business case articulation.
• Deep familiarity with Cloud Native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with modern software patterns and tooling (containers, serverless, integration frameworks).
• Extensive experience in ML/AI, including Generative AI and RAG concepts.
• DevOps and IaC within Microsoft ecosystem (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Bicep/Terraform).
• Soft skills: ability to translate technical strategies into business narratives; negotiation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, estimate, and execute projects across the portfolio; define methodologies (agile, hybrid, traditional).
• Act as Executive Solution Architect: partner with Sales pre-sale to design proposals; translate requirements into client value.
• Present to executives and IT leaders; articulate how Cloud, AI, DevOps, and integration solutions solve pain points.
• Identify expansion opportunities within active projects; surface needs with ROI analysis.
• Manage client relationships and expectations; act as escalation point for delivery issues.
• Collaborate with Sales on account strategy; define service roadmaps and drive investment decisions.
• Oversee project financials: budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis by project; optimize profitability.
• Develop and manage Service Line teams with commercial awareness; build delivery capabilities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align offerings with market demand; scale new services.
