Job summary

Allata is a global technology services firm delivering AI-driven solutions and modern software platforms. We seek a Director to oversee delivery across AI and technology services, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes and strong financial management.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage global client relationships, and scale delivery models with a focus on AI, data, and software engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client delivery teams and managing budgets.
• Proven ability to improve quality and margins within client accounts.
• Ability to break down complex business problems and guide teams to resolution.
• Proficient with agile delivery models.
• Deep familiarity with Cloud Native environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong AI/ML experience including Generative AI and RAG.
• DevOps and IaC within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Bicep/Terraform).
• Knowledge of the digital product management lifecycle from conception to operation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and estimate projects; define methods and lead operational execution across the portfolio.
• Manage client relationships and expectations; act as escalation point for delivery issues.
• Oversee project financials: budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Develop and manage Service Line teams (onboarding, feedback, growth, performance).
• Partner with Sales Executives/Client Partners to align offerings and ensure client satisfaction.
