Job summary

Molex is seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to join our Copper Solutions team responsible for the development of high speed datacom and telecom solutions used in AI applications.

This role blends technical knowledge with business acumen and involves collaborating with hyperscalers, OEMs and internal teams to ensure products meet market technology needs and are implemented in next-generation platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within the high-speed datacom market.
• Technical background in engineering (electrical or mechanical) is a plus.
• Sales experience or product engineering experience is beneficial.
• Experience negotiating with contract manufacturers and electronics market OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of strategic product plans for target markets and customers.
• Contribute to pipeline growth and go-to-market activities.
• Align CapEx and product costs with market conditions.
• Track capacity and support capital-investment planning.
• Progress customer negotiations and new platform partnerships.
• Cultivate industry partner relationships to expand ecosystem.
• Contribute to TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, EH&S practices.
• Develop relationships with key customers and align roadmaps.
• Lead development projects to meet milestones on time and budget.
• Create marketing collateral and launch activities for new technologies.
