Oracle Corporation is seeking a Product Marketing Manager, GTM & Sales Enablement for Oracle AI Database to bridge product, marketing, and field teams in the US and JAPAC region. You will translate buyer needs into GTM plays, content, and enablement assets that empower sellers to win with Oracle AI Database.

Based in Seattle or Redwood Shores, you will lead cross-functional collaboration, build regular field syncs, and drive adoption of plays across regions, ensuring alignment from frontline

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology product marketing, product management, sales enablement, or go-to-market roles.
• Proficient at communicating product value to sellers and customers.
• Ability to turn seller and customer insight into enablement content that the field adopts.
• Willingness to overlap with international working hours and travel as needed.
• Strong planning and execution across multiple workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Meet regularly with regional sales and marketing teams to identify what sellers need to win.
• Build the GTM framework and sales plays with product teams, including positioning and buyer guides for Oracle AI Database.
• Define content framework and oversee cross-functional delivery, ensuring timely quality.
• Create seller-ready assets (talk tracks, battlecards, demo guidance) and track adoption across regions.
