Job summary

Oracle Corporation is seeking a senior individual contributor Lead Principal Product Marketer to own developer product marketing for Oracle AI Database within the Database Product Marketing organization. You will own positioning, messaging, content, launches, and campaigns for developer audiences, and partner closely with the Developer Relations team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product marketing, developer relations, developer marketing, or technical marketing for developer platforms or enterprise cloud software.
• Credibility with developers: build with databases, cloud services, or developer tools, and read/write code to demonstrate examples.
• Familiar with how developers evaluate and adopt tools, including free tiers, docs, community, self-service.
• Proven track record as a senior IC who influences outcomes in a large, matrixed org.
• Launch experience for developer products, including messaging, content creation, and event execution.
• Strong communication: clear writer, engaging presenter, comfortable on stage.
• Analytical orientation: define funnel/adoption metrics and prioritize from data.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft differentiated messaging for developers: what they can build, how fast, and why the platform won’t get in their way.
• Connect the developer story to the AI wave: show AI speed and production-ready apps.
• Support major launches by writing developer-facing messaging and coordinating deliverables.
• Build marketing programs and campaigns to grow developer awareness and free tier adoption.
• Partner with Developer Relations on community reach and provide messaging/launch content.
• Define and track the developer funnel from first touch to production adoption.
