Job description

The Product Marketing Manager, GTM & Sales Enablement for Oracle AI Database is the connection point between the product and product marketing teams and the sales and marketing organizations in the field. This role supports the JAPAC region and turns what sellers and customers need into GTM frameworks, sales plays, and enablement content that help the field sell our Data and AI products with confidence.

You will assess the needs of sales and marketing teams in the geos, work with product marketing and product teams to build the GTM framework, and orchestrate the content that brings it to life. Just as important, you will build close relationships across the field and set up regular working syncs so the product team and the field teams stay on the same page, from frontline sellers to regional executives.

This role is based in the US, in either Seattle, WA or Redwood Shores, CA, and requires flexibility to work with JAPAC teams across time zones. It suits a self-starter who is operationally excellent, works well across groups, and gets things done.
