AI & Data Business Analyst | 12-Month Contract-to-Hire | Easton, PA
Enzo Tech is supporting a leading global manufacturing organisation that is continuing to build out its AI, Data & Digital Transformation capability.
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical AI / Data Engineering teams. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can understand complex business problems, identify where AI, automation or data can add genuine value, and translate those opportunities into clear requirements and deliverable solutions.
Easton, PA – Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
12-month contract-to-hire
What you'll be doing:
- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering workshops, translating business challenges into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and technical/data requirements.
- Partner closely with AI, Data Engineering, Product and business teams to identify and deliver practical AI, automation and data-driven solutions.
- Support current-state / future-state analysis, helping define priorities, roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
- Identify and shape AI / GenAI use cases, assessing business value, feasibility, data requirements and risk.
- Work across data integrations, APIs, data flows, analytics and reporting, helping technical teams understand what the business needs.
- Support delivery through backlog refinement, UAT, validation, stakeholder sign‑off and adoption.
- Help define KPIs, ROI and success measures to ensure AI and data initiatives deliver genuine business value.
What we're looking for:
- Strong hands‑on Business Analysis experience within complex enterprise technology environments.
- Practical exposure to AI, GenAI, Machine Learning or intelligent automation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Data / Data Engineering concepts such as SQL, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data mapping, data warehouses and integrations.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, BRDs/FRDs and UAT documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Comfortable working directly with technical teams and getting into the detail when required.
- Experience with technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, SQL, Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
- Manufacturing or enterprise transformation experience is beneficial but not essential.
We're particularly interested in people who are hands‑on problem solvers rather than purely strategic AI professionals. You should be able to demonstrate AI or data initiatives you've personally helped take from business problem → discovery → requirements → delivery → measurable outcome.
