Job summary

CrossVue is seeking a visionary AI & Data Services Practice Leader to build and scale a data, analytics, AI, and automation portfolio around Workday capabilities. You will own strategy, delivery excellence, and commercial growth, collaborating with Databricks, Snowflake, and Workday ecosystems.

You will partner with executives to define the practice vision, roadmaps, and multi-year investments while leading global, high-performing teams to deliver transformative results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting or professional services.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership of a $3M+ delivery practice or unit.
• Deep expertise in two of: Databricks, Snowflake, AI/ML platforms, data architecture.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain 10+ technical consultants.
• Strong executive presence with C-suite client relationships.
• Experience building delivery methodologies and reusable IP.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and P&L for the AI & Data Services practice.
• Define multi-year investment plans, growth targets, and OKRs.
• Design secure, scalable, and repeatable offerings with product teams.
• Oversee staffing, capacity planning, utilization, and margin across the practice.
• Collaborate with alliances on joint solutions and co-sell motions.
• Advise clients on data/AI strategy and architecture; support sales.
